The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Senior Sous Chef in Tralee.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced culinary professional to take a leadership role in a vibrant kitchen environment. Our client is a renowned hospitality brand known for delivering exceptional dining experiences, combining creativity, quality, and excellence.
The Senior Sous Chef will play a key role in supporting the Executive Chef, managing kitchen operations, and mentoring a talented team of chefs.
Key Duties:

Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.

Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.

Support menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal menu updates.

Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen costs efficiently.

Ensure compliance with all food safety and health & safety regulations.

Maintain a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the kitchen.
Must-Have Requirements:

Proven experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in high-volume or fine-dining settings.

Experience as a Sous Chef or a strong candidate ready to step up into this role.

Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI.
