Role: Senior Receptionist
Location: Wicklow
Salary: €30,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Senior Receptionist in Wicklow.

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the reception department, ensuring exceptional guest service and supporting the Front Office team. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for guests while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
* Support and supervise the reception team during daily operations.
* Manage guest check-ins, check-outs and reservations efficiently.
* Handle guest queries, requests and complaints in a professional manner.
* Assist with training and mentoring reception team members.
* Ensure accurate administration, billing and reporting procedures.

Requirements

* Must have experience in Hospitality.
* Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.
* Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
* Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience as a Receptionist, Senior Receptionist or Front Office professional within a hotel environment.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
* Experience using hotel booking and reservation systems.
* Ability to lead by example and support team performance.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
