We’re seeking a dedicated Chef to lead a hospital kitchen team in Cork, delivering nutritious, high-quality meals that support the wellbeing of patients, staff, and visitors every day.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who’s passionate about both people and purpose – combining creativity, leadership, and care in a role that truly makes a difference.

What you’ll do:
✅ Lead and inspire a professional kitchen team to deliver exceptional service
✅ Oversee menu planning and meal preparation with a focus on nutrition and variety
✅ Collaborate with dietitians and healthcare teams to meet diverse dietary needs
✅ Manage kitchen operations, budgets, stock, and compliance with food safety standards
✅ Champion a positive, efficient, and compassionate kitchen culture

What we’re looking for:
👨‍🍳 A qualified chef with proven leadership experience (ideally in healthcare or large-scale catering)
