Senior EHS Advisor – Dublin

Salary: €65,000 – €75,000 + Benefits


Drive Safety, Compliance & Culture Across High-Profile Construction Projects

A leading construction contractor is seeking a Senior EHS Advisor to take ownership of health, safety, and environmental performance across multiple active projects in Dublin. This is a key role influencing site culture, compliance, and continuous improvement at scale.

The Role

  • Lead EHS compliance across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with legislation and company standards
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate hazards
  • Drive incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions to improve safety performance
  • Deliver training, toolbox talks, and guidance to site teams and subcontractors
  • Support project teams and senior management on EHS strategy, systems, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Degree (Level 8+) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Proven experience in an EHS role within construction or a similar high-risk environment
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk assessment, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 45001 / ISO 14001) and EHS management systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence site teams and stakeholders
