Senior Duty Manager – Co. Wicklow – €40,000
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit an experienced Senior Duty Manager for a well-established hospitality property in Co. Wicklow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading and motivating operational teams.
As the Senior Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the property, ensuring that all departments work seamlessly to deliver exceptional service standards. You will act as a leader on the floor, supporting department managers, resolving guest issues, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
This position requires a hands-on manager with excellent leadership skills, strong commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
The Duties

Manage the daily operations of the hotel and ensure smooth service delivery across all departments.

Lead, motivate, and support operational teams to achieve the highest standards of customer service.

Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by handling queries and resolving complaints professionally.

Support the implementation and maintenance of company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Monitor staffing levels and assist with rostering and operational planning.

Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives and financial targets.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.

Maintain high presentation standards throughout the property.

Act as the senior manager on duty and make operational decisions when required.
The Must Requirements to Be Considered

Must have experience in Hospitality.

Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
