Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie
Location: Roscommon Town, Co. Roscommon

Reports To: Head Chef / Executive Chef

An established, high-quality restaurant and townhouse in Roscommon is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join their culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and passionate chef to contribute to a reputable, family-run establishment known for exceptional Irish cuisine, warm hospitality, and commitment to local and artisan produce.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, supporting menu development, and mentoring junior kitchen team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to consistently high standards
  • Always maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen
  • Contribute to the creation and development of new menu items
  • Ensure compliance with all HACCP and food safety procedures
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
  • Support and guide junior chefs when required
  • Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie role
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
  • Good understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluent English (required)
  • Must have the right to work in Ireland
  • Must be able to commute or relocate to Roscommon Town before starting work
