Noel Group is seeking an enthusiastic sales representative in South Dublin. Our client is a dynamic and growing company specializing in high-quality products for the catering industry. They pride themselves on their commitment to excellence and ability to build lasting relationships with customers and distributors.

The ideal sales representative will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You should be well-organized and a relationship builder who can develop and maintain high-quality, long-lasting relationships with key customers and distributors

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce new catering customers to our diverse product range and expand the product offerings to our existing customers.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure consistent supply through distributors.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with distributor personnel to drive sales growth.
  • Complete assigned tasks with distributors and submit timely reports.
  • Oversee the company’s monthly promotional programs through distributors and customers to maximize results.
  • Manage targeted sales drives and programs for specific regions or customer segments efficiently.
  • Submit daily and weekly reports via Salesforce.
  • Report key events, market changes, and competitive activities promptly and effectively.
  • Meet monthly sales area budgets and new business development targets.
  • Achieve weekly call rates, monthly hit rates, and maintain high call standards.
  • Ensure quality and timeliness in administration and internal communication.
  • Support distributor development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the retail or hospitality sector is required.
  • Experience in marketing and sales is advantageous but not essential.
  • A full, clean driver’s licence is a must.
  • Living in or being familiar with the South Dublin, Greystones and Wicklow areas.
  • Willing to spend the majority of the time on the road.
