Sales Administrator
Location: Mullingar, Co. Westmeath (Office-based)
Salary: €35,000
The Noel Group is recruiting a Sales Administrator on behalf of an Irish-based company with over 30 years’ experience operating in the agriculture sector, supplying customers across Ireland and other markets. This is an office-based role and would suit a motivated, well-organised individual who enjoys a varied administrative position and working closely with sales and accounts teams. The role involves supporting daily office operations and ensuring administrative systems run efficiently.
Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:
- Maintain and support office systems and administrative procedures
- Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date and fully utilised
- Liaise with customers in different territories
- Assist with editing and uploading photos and videos to the company website and social media platforms
- Become proficient our office systems
- Generate sales and purchase documentation
- Provide system support when required
- Support Sales and Accounts teams during peak periods
- Carry out ad hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements of a Sales Administrator:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar Sales Administration role
- Strong organisational skills with a structured approach to tasks
- Very good administration and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional-level English communication skills are essential
- Training will be provided on company-specific software
