The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business opportunities
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to maximize their potential and performance
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance against goals and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to promote the brand and increase visibility
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical and strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus
Day-to-day
- Leading sales and marketing meetings and strategy sessions
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop compelling campaigns
- Engaging with clients and partners to understand their needs and pain points
- Analyzing sales data and adjusting strategies as needed
- Providing guidance and support to the sales and marketing team members
- Keeping current on industry trends and sharing insights with the team
- Attending and representing the company at industry events and conferences
