The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business opportunities
• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to maximize their potential and performance
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance against goals and KPIs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to promote the brand and increase visibility

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical and strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus

Day-to-day

• Leading sales and marketing meetings and strategy sessions
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop compelling campaigns
• Engaging with clients and partners to understand their needs and pain points
• Analyzing sales data and adjusting strategies as needed
• Providing guidance and support to the sales and marketing team members
• Keeping current on industry trends and sharing insights with the team
• Attending and representing the company at industry events and conferences
