Job Title: Hotel Revenue Manager
Location: Galway, Ireland
Salary: €45,000 per annum

The client is well-established in the hospitality sector, known for delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering a supportive and dynamic workplace.As Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in maximising revenue and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing revenue management strategies across all channels.

• Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and historical data to optimise pricing and inventory.

• Forecasting and reporting on performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.

• Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue initiatives.

• Monitoring and optimising digital distribution and online presence for maximum revenue impact.

Must-Have Requirements to Be Considered:

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry.

• Previous experience as a Revenue Manager, Reservations Manager or experience in a similar role with the ambition to step forward in your career.

• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
