At The Noel Group we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Recruit, train, and manage staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement and maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
- Manage inventory and control food and labor costs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Create and execute marketing and promotional activities
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Certification in food handling and sanitation is a plus
