The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join their dynamic accommodation team in the Castlemartyr / Garryvoe area. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the reservation success of a dual-property operation.
As the Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for managing room bookings and enquiries for two properties, optimising occupancy, and providing a seamless guest journey from initial contact through to arrival. You will serve as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring all reservations are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with company standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Handle all incoming reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Accurately input booking details into the reservation system while maximising occupancy and revenue.

Liaise with internal departments (Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, Events) to ensure smooth operational delivery.

Provide detailed information regarding room types, rates, special offers, and package availability.

Process amendments, cancellations, and special requests in accordance with company policies.

Assist with group bookings, allocations, and rooming lists when required.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge across both properties to effectively assist guests.

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest queries efficiently.
Requirements

Previous experience in a hotel reservations, front office, or customer service role (hospitality experience desirable).

Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.

Proficient in hotel reservation systems (Opera experience advantageous).

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction.

Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
