Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering Reservation Enquiries: Respond to all inquiries via telephone, online platforms, and third-party websites.
  • Maximizing Room Rates: Achieve the best possible room rates while adhering to budgets and sales targets.
  • Revenue Management: Assist in managing revenue to optimize business performance.
  • Guest Assistance: Handle guest queries promptly and helpfully.
  • System Updates: Maintain the reservation system with daily updates from third-party websites, tours, and group bookings.
  • Report Generation: Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Reception Assistance: Support the reception team as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Reservations: Desirable but not essential as we provide full training.
  • Opera Cloud Experience: An advantage but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with efficient and systematic work procedures.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer use is essential.

Work Schedule:

  • Midweek Shifts: 9am – 5pm, 10am – 6pm, or 11am – 7pm
  • Weekend Shifts: 9am – 5pm
  • Flexibility Required: Due to the nature of our business, a flexible approach to working hours is necessary.
