What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and serving high-quality food in line with client expectations
• Keeping food hygiene and safety standards to the highest level
• Thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environments
• Supporting or leading kitchen teams during service
• Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
• Delivering fresh, seasonal, and well-presented dishes

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2+ years’ experience in a professional or catering kitchen
• Food Safety Level 2 or recognised chef qualification
• Strong all-round kitchen skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and hit the ground running
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Highly organised, flexible, and reliable
• Passion for food and delivering great service
