About the Role:

This is not your typical kitchen job. Each week may bring new venues, new teams, and new culinary experiences – perfect for chefs who like to keep things fresh!

You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals in line with client expectations while maintaining top-tier hygiene and safety standards.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard, following site-specific menus

• Delivering consistent quality across a variety of kitchens and cuisines

• Ensuring all food hygiene (HACCP) and health & safety protocols are met

• Working solo or within dynamic kitchen teams

• Keeping kitchen areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready

• Supporting with stock checks, prep, and site-specific menu changes

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years’ experience in fast-paced or high-volume kitchens

• A strong culinary skill set – ready to jump in and deliver from day one

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays

• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• A proactive, reliable, and adaptable attitude

Requirements:

• Must currently reside in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland

• Manual Handling and Food Safety Level 2 certification (or willingness to train)

• Experience in a similar role is essential

• Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this position
