Recruitment Partner / Resourcing & Career Progression Partner (Temporary)
Location: Dublin (Hybrid Working Model)
Contract Type: Temporary Contract
Duration: Immediate start to December 2026
Salary: €60,000 (pro rata)
Reporting to: Recruitment Manager / HR Team
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Partner / Resourcing & Career Progression Partner to join the HR team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional with strong internal recruitment experience to support the attraction, selection, and onboarding of high-quality talent across a university.
The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing expert recruitment support and helping to deliver an efficient, candidate-focused recruitment service.
Following an initial period of on-site training and onboarding, the role will operate on a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce and recruitment requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Draft and advertise vacancies across relevant platforms.
- Screen applications and manage candidate shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews and assessment processes.
- Provide recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support onboarding activities and transition of successful candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting data.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, organisational policies, and recruitment best practice.
- Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience working in an internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR recruitment environment.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems/ATS platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable
- Experience within the higher education, public sector, or large complex organisation environment.
- Knowledge of Irish employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
- CIPD qualification or relevant HR qualification.
