In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, growing your desk and placing high-quality candidates for our Clients. You will work closely with the best company in Ireland to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates through interviews and reference checks to ensure the ideal match for both candidates and clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
  • Keep accurate records in our recruitment software and regularly update clients and candidates.

Qualities Do You Need To Be A Successful Recruitment Consultant?

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality roles and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media to source candidates.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to help others succeed.
  • Resilience and a positive mindset are vital for success.
