Noel Group is seeking an ambitious Recruitment & Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Industrial & Logistics temp division.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a profitable business unit, manage an established small team, win new clients, and build your own recruitment desk while helping shape the future direction of the division.

You’ll lead a team of recruiters focused on Warehousing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Production and Transport recruitment while developing new business opportunities across Ireland.

What You’ll Do

• Win new Industrial & Logistics clients and grow existing accounts.
• Lead, develop and grow a team of recruitment consultants.
• Build and manage your own portfolio of industrial and logistics clients.
• Drive revenue, gross profit and overall divisional performance.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Conduct sales meetings, site visits and commercial negotiations.
• Help expand Noel Group’s presence in manufacturing and production recruitment.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success winning new business within a recruitment agency environment.
• Minimum 4 years’ recruitment agency experience.
• Experience managing or leading recruitment teams.
• Existing network within the Industrial, Logistics or Manufacturing sectors would be advantageous.
• Commercially focused with a passion for sales and growth.
