Noel Group is seeking an ambitious Recruitment & Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Hospitality recruitment division.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a specialist hospitality desk, manage and develop a small but growing team, win new clients, and build your own portfolio of business across the hospitality sector.

Operating nationwide, with a primary focus on Dublin and Leinster, you’ll play a key role in expanding Noel Group’s hospitality client base while developing long-term relationships with hotels, venues, events companies, visitor attractions and hospitality operators throughout Ireland.

What You’ll Do

• Win new hospitality clients and grow existing accounts.
• Lead, develop and grow a team of hospitality recruitment consultants.
• Build and manage your own portfolio of hospitality clients and temporary workers.
• Drive revenue, gross profit and overall divisional performance.
• Develop strong relationships with hospitality clients nationwide.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and commercial negotiations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support client requirements.
• Help shape the future growth and direction of the Hospitality division.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success winning new business within a recruitment agency environment.
• Minimum 4 years’ recruitment agency experience.
• Experience within Hospitality, Catering, Events or related sectors is highly desirable.
• Previous team leadership or management experience is desirable.
• Existing network within the hospitality sector would be advantageous.
• Commercially driven with a passion for sales and growth.
