About the Role:

Are you a friendly, professional, and organized individual who enjoys being the first point of contact? We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team in the heart of Dublin city center. This is a temporary role with ongoing opportunities, perfect for someone looking for steady work Monday to Friday.


What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome visitors with a warm, professional greeting

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain the reception area to a high standard

  • Provide general administrative support to the office team

  • Manage diary appointments and meeting room bookings

  • Support ad-hoc office tasks as required


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional, approachable, and confident phone manner

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment

  • Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude
