The Reception Manager is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in the day-to-day management and operation of the front desk and guest services at our hotel. This includes overseeing the reservation and check-in/check-out processes, managing staff, and handling any guest complaints or issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the front desk and guest services operations, including the reservation and check-in/check-out processes
  • Train and develop front desk and guest services staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service to guests
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment
  • Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to track performance and identify trends
  • Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are being followed by staff
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in hotel management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other hotel management software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Opera user
