The Reception Manager is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in the day-to-day management and operation of the front desk and guest services at our hotel. This includes overseeing the reservation and check-in/check-out processes, managing staff, and handling any guest complaints or issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the front desk and guest services operations, including the reservation and check-in/check-out processes

Train and develop front desk and guest services staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service to guests

Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise

Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment

Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to track performance and identify trends

Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are being followed by staff
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in hotel management or a related field

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other hotel management software

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
