Plumber – Technical Support / Field Engineer (Plumbing & Heating)

Location: Santry, Dublin 9 (Office & Field Based)
Sector: Building Services / Plumbing Supplies

Important: This is a plumbing/mechanical role,not IT.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a qualified plumber to join the expanding Customer Service Team as a Technical Support / Field Engineer.

This role includes a full induction and product training programme. You will gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product range while supporting installers and customers both in the field and office.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend service calls: diagnose plumbing product issues, carry out repairs, and recommend remedial actions

• Provide technical support and advice to installers, contractors, and merchants

• Deliver product training sessions on installation and troubleshooting

• Work closely with Quality Control and Design teams to share feedback for continuous improvement

• Represent the business as a professional ambassador of their brand and technical standards

Key Requirements

• Fully qualified plumber with at least 3 years’ experience

• Previous Service Engineer or technical support experience desirable but not essential

• Full, clean driving licence

• Safe Pass (training can be provided)

• Strong communicator with good teamwork skills

• Computer literacy an advantage but not essential

• RGI qualification and/or F-Gas certification desirable but not essential
