Project Manager – Cork (Hybrid)
Salary: €75,000 + Benefits

A leading construction and civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of complex projects across Cork. This is a high-impact role offering full lifecycle responsibility and strong long-term career progression.
The Role
- Lead full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure delivery
- Drive programme performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Oversee design coordination, RFIs, and technical delivery alongside design teams
- Align site delivery with commercial objectives in collaboration with the Contracts Manager
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Proven experience delivering construction/civils projects at Project Manager level
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and cost control
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and drive project outcomes
- Track record of delivering projects on time, safely, and to a high standard
