Pizza Chef – Limerick
Salary: Up to €37,000 per annum
Location: Limerick City

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit a Pizza Chef for their popular and vibrant restaurant located in Limerick.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative culinary professional with a flair for authentic pizza making to join a dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will take pride in producing high-quality, freshly prepared dishes and maintaining the highest culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present pizzas to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Manage the pizza station efficiently during busy service periods.

• Maintain a clean and organised workspace in compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.

• Assist with menu planning, specials, and recipe development.

• Monitor stock levels and support with ordering and inventory control.

• Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

• Contribute to a positive kitchen culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, Chef de Partie, or in a similar kitchen role.

• Strong understanding of pizza dough preparation, oven operation, and traditional Italian cooking methods.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

• Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
