Reports To: Head Chef / Executive Sous Chef

About the Role:

The Noel Group is recruiting an experienced Pizza Chef on behalf of a prestigious luxury hospitality property in Co. Cavan. This role is ideal for a skilled chef with a passion for high-quality pizza production, fresh ingredients, and consistent standards within a high-volume, guest-focused kitchen.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the pizza section while also being flexible to support Chef de Partie shifts across the main kitchen, contributing to overall service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
• Manage dough preparation, fermentation, and baking to consistent standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and HACCP compliance within the pizza section
• Assist with Chef de Partie duties as required, supporting other kitchen sections
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
• Ensure portion control, food quality, and presentation standards are met at all times
• Support stock control, prep planning, and waste reduction initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in a professional kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, pizza ovens, and traditional techniques
• Ability and willingness to work Chef de Partie shifts when required
• Experience working in high-volume or quality-focused kitchens
• Good understanding of food safety and HACCP standards
• Flexible, team-oriented attitude with strong time management skills
• Right to work in Ireland
