Personal Assistant

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Personal Assistant to support students within an educational environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring, patient, and dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting students in their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and support students with additional needs throughout the school day.
• Provide classroom support and supervision.
• Assist tutors/teaching staff with daily learning activities.
• Support students to participate fully in educational and social activities.
• Supervise students during lunch breaks and other non-classroom periods.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Encourage independence while providing appropriate support and guidance.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification in Special Needs Assisting (SNA) or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience supporting individuals with additional needs is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, patient, and professional approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Garda Vetting (GV) will be required.
