Role: People Operations Manager
Location: Dublin
Salary: €70,000 + 10% Bonus
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a People Operations Manager in Dublin.
This role is responsible for leading all people operations activities, including recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR support within a busy event-driven environment. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders to ensure the business is fully resourced and supported at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the People Operations function on site.
- Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing requirements.
- Oversee high-volume recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Support employee relations and ensure HR compliance.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and performance initiatives.
- Monitor workforce metrics and provide reporting to leadership teams.
- Support operational delivery during major events and peak periods.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with right-to-work requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a People Operations, HR, or Workforce Management role.
- Strong experience within hospitality, events, catering, or a similar environment.
- Experience managing large-volume or seasonal workforces.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience with workforce management systems is desirable.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is an advantage.

- Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
- Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
