The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Pastry Chef in South Dublin
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and present pastries, breads, and desserts to a high standard
- Ensure consistent product quality across all food service areas
- Produce fresh baked goods in line with guest and business needs
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Complete all required HACCP documentation and report any issues
- Support and supervise junior kitchen team members
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation across all pastry areas
- Follow all Health & Safety and company procedures
What You’ll Need
- Experience in a pastry or bakery role (hotel experience an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
