Pastry Chef

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Pastry Chef in South Dublin


What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and present pastries, breads, and desserts to a high standard
  • Ensure consistent product quality across all food service areas
  • Produce fresh baked goods in line with guest and business needs
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
  • Complete all required HACCP documentation and report any issues
  • Support and supervise junior kitchen team members
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation across all pastry areas
  • Follow all Health & Safety and company procedures

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in a pastry or bakery role (hotel experience an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation
  • Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
