Part-time Barista Galway

Job description

We are currently recruiting a Barista / Catering Assistant for a busy client site in Galway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, teas, and other hot and cold beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for customers.
• Assist with food preparation, service, and replenishment of food displays.
• Maintain cleanliness of café, kitchen, and service areas.
• Support catering and kitchen operations as required.

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience is essential, including experience using commercial coffee machines and milk texturing.
• Catering Assistant and/or Kitchen Porter experience is desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• HACCP knowledge is an advantage.
