PA – Exam Supervisor

Noel Group is currently recruiting Part-Time Exam Supervisors on behalf of a Public Sector Education and Training Board (ETB) school for upcoming examination periods.

This is an excellent opportunity for professional, reliable, and vigilant individuals seeking flexible part-time work within an educational environment. Successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring examinations are conducted in line with established procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise students during examinations to ensure a fair and secure testing environment
• Distribute, collect, and account for examination papers and materials
• Ensure all examination rules and procedures are adhered to
• Monitor examination rooms and maintain a calm, professional atmosphere
• Record and report any incidents, disruptions, or breaches of exam regulations
• Assist with examination room preparation and setup before each session
• Support students and school staff as required during examination periods

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• GV will be Carreid out
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to remain calm and focused for extended periods
• Previous experience in supervision, administration, education, customer service, or a similar role is desirable
• Garda Vetting may be required for successful candidates
• Must be available for morning and/or afternoon exam sessions during examination periods
