The Noel group is recruiting for a Food and Beverage Manager in a 4 star hotel in county Cork. The food and beverage manager will be hands on, spending time with staff & customers, building relationships. Responsibilities of the food and beverage manager:

• Oversee and manage all catering outlets in the hotel to meet required standards.
• Ensure a hands on approach to your management style.
• Ensure guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, and courteous welcome upon arrival and throughout their stay.
• Anticipate guests needs.
• Manage the roster for all on-the-ground food & beverage and conferencing & banqueting staff
• Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, dress, appearance, body language, and conduct.
• Assist with coaching and training of new staff as much as reasonably possible.
• Maintain effective communication and good relationships with management and all other departments.
• Ensure prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, functions, and beverages to the required standards.
• Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of all hotel operations and deputize in their absence.
