Salary: €70,000 per annum

Define the role with The Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the business to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, coach, and support department managers and team members.
• Drive operational standards, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance to achieve business targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with senior management to deliver business objectives.

Requirements

• Strong experience within the Hospitality and Food & Beverage sector.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Operations Manager.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and operational knowledge.
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.
