Noel Group are currently working with a client who are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established hotel property
The Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of a busy, multi-department hotel. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong operational leadership across departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, Accommodation, and Guest Services, ensuring consistent service standards and operational efficiency throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Proven longevity and stability in previous hotel roles
- Minimum 2+ years‘ experience in a Hotel Operations Manager (or similar senior operational) role
- Previous experience working in a similar-sized or comparable hotel property
- Strong decision-making ability with confidence to manage issues in real time
- Highly visible, on-the-floor leadership style, leading by example
- Ability to coordinate and support multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Experience maintaining service standards, managing teams, and driving operational performance
Package
- Salary: €45,000+ DOE
- Bonus: Available (DOE)
