The Noel Group are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Client
The ideal Operations Manager will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a team to success and will be the second in command for all Hotel
Our client is a well-established hotel known for its commitment to exceptional service and providing a welcoming environment for guests from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and retention
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals
- Monitor and control operational costs and expenses to meet budgetary goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Irish hotel operations management is a must
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel management software and tools
- Living in Ireland and having the right to work in ROi
- Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not provided.
Day-to-day
- Communicating with department heads to ensure smooth operations
- Reviewing guest feedback and taking action to address any issues
- Conducting regular staff meetings and performance reviews
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue and occupancy rates
- Handling any escalated guest inquiries or complaints
Hours
This is a full-time position with occasional evening and weekend availability required to oversee operational needs and attend to guest concerns.
