Night Supervisor

We are working with a modern four star hotel, based in Dublin 2 who are looking to hire a night supervisor. The role will suit someone who is or was working in a night role, has supervisory experience and can help the hotel provide an excellent level of service to its customers throughout the night.

The hotel is a well known hotel with stability and a very strong commitment to its staff, providing excellent training, inclusivity and career progression.

Key responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact at reception during the night from 11pm to 7am.
• Handle any emergencies and conduct regular fire and safety checks.
• Supervise other night staff including porters and also provide holiday cover for the night manager.
• Complete the night audit such as cash handling and credit closure as required.

Minimum requirements:

• Be comfortable working in the night shift, previous night experience essential.
• Excellent customer manner communication
• Living in Dublin with valid right to work (work permit sponsorship not available)
