Mallow Night Catering Assistant / Food Service Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced Night Catering Assistant / Food Service Assistant to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone reliable, confident, and experienced in busy catering environments.

Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in catering or food service
* Confident using a till / cash register and handling cash transactions
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work efficiently during night shifts
* Full driver’s licence and own transport required (no public transport available during night hours)

Responsibilities:
* Serving food and beverages
* Operating the till and processing payments accurately
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Supporting kitchen and front-of-house operations
* Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
