Role: Meetings & Events Sales Manager
Location: Kilkenny
Salary: €42,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Meetings & Events Sales Manager in Kilkenny.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a passion for hospitality and events. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and maximising revenue opportunities across meetings, conferences, weddings, and corporate events.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for meetings, events, conferences, and private functions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Manage event enquiries, proposals, and contract negotiations
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful event delivery

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in Meetings & Events Sales or a similar role
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to identify opportunities and achieve revenue targets
