The Opportunity

• Join a leading building services contractor operating across Ireland, the UK & Europe
• Take full ownership of large-scale mechanical projects end-to-end
• Work across key sectors including pharma, data centres, food, healthcare & commercial
• High-impact role suited to a commercially aware, hands-on Project Manager
• Strong pipeline of complex, high-value projects with long-term stability

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical project delivery from start-up through to completion, on time & budget
• Manage technical submittals, RFIs, labour tracking & progress reporting
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and main contractor stakeholders
• Oversee plant, materials, and programme delivery to maintain project continuity
• Drive commissioning, scheduling, and full handover including documentation control

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or in a senior site role
• Strong track record delivering large-scale mechanical or M&E projects
• Relevant qualification in Construction or Project Management (preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams on-site
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
