Mechanical Fitter

Maintenance Fitter | Co. Roscommon

We’re recruiting two Maintenance Fitters to join a busy manufacturing facility in Roscommon. This is a hands-on role focused on mechanical maintenance, fault finding, breakdown support and equipment reliability within a production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintenance and repair of mechanical process equipment.
• Fault finding and breakdown response.
• Planned preventative maintenance.
• Investigating and resolving recurring equipment issues.
• Updating maintenance records using a CMMS system.
• Steam boiler maintenance (training provided if required)

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical fitting experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong experience working on: Pumps, Motors,
• General mechanical maintenance equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Mechanical trade qualification or equivalent experience.
• Must be living in Ireland and commutable to Roscommon
• MUST have a valid work permit

Shift Pattern

• 2 weeks Days
• 1 week Evenings
• 1 week Nights
