The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the Catering industry to search for an experienced M&E Lead in Dublin 1.
This is a senior technical and people management role, responsible for the effective operation, maintenance, and development of all mechanical and electrical services across a large, high-profile site.
The M&E Lead will take ownership of all engineering and technical facilities operations, ensuring assets are commissioned, maintained, and operated in line with industry best practice, statutory compliance, and client standards.

The Duties:

• Manage and oversee all PPM schedules, projects, and technical staff activities from an operational and financial perspective

• Ensure all maintainable assets across mechanical, electrical, civil, and life safety disciplines are commissioned and maintained to industry best practice and client standards

• Lead and support M&E and Facilities teams across the site

• Develop and manage detailed maintenance programmes for base build and fit-out assets

• Act as the main engineering escalation point for the client

• Review technical submittals, commissioning documentation, and handover packs

• Manage CAFM system updates for new and modified assets

• Build strong relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance and service quality

• Monitor sustainability, energy efficiency, and site performance targets

• Produce reports on plant efficiency, energy usage, and operational performance

• Support recruitment, training, and development of the onsite technical trades team

• Ensure full compliance with EHS, local legislation, and KPI requirements

• Embed a “Goal Zero” safety culture with zero tolerance for unsafe practices

• Provide technical support to wider onsite teams and projects as required

• Demonstrate flexibility to meet business needs, including overtime when required

The Must Requirements to be Considered:

• Must have experience in hospitality

• Must have experience in a similar M&E Lead / Engineering Manager role or be ready to step forward in their career

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant post-graduate experience

• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary services teams on large commercial or hospitality sites

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems

• Experience working with design drawings and BIM

• Strong IT and report-writing skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI

• Visa and relocation packages are not provided
