We welcome candidates with experience in iGaming, gambling, high-volume retail, or experience-led industries.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the work while also shaping strategy. You will help connect in-person and digital experiences, using shared insights to create a cohesive and customer-centred journey across every touchpoint.

The Difference You’ll Make

Omni-Channel Strategy: Design and deliver lifecycle journeys that support customers as they move naturally between venue visits and online engagement.

CRM Leadership: Oversee automated campaigns from concept through to delivery, using thoughtful segmentation and timely messaging to create meaningful connections.

Collaborative Partnerships: Partner with venue teams to ensure promotions feel relevant, well-supported, and effective at a local level.

Insight-Driven Approach: Use data and testing to understand what resonates with customers, building on successful initiatives and continuously improving performance.

What You’ll Bring

CRM Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience creating and launching campaigns within CRM platforms, with a strong understanding of customer engagement.

Industry Awareness: Experience in iGaming (retail or online) is highly valued. We also encourage applications from professionals in Fintech, e-commerce, or subscription-based environments.

Delivery & Impact: A history of leading marketing initiatives and contributing to measurable commercial outcomes.

What’s on Offer

Ownership with Support: Shape an important marketing function while working within a supportive leadership environment.

Flexibility: Hybrid working with a Dublin-based headquarters, supporting balance and autonomy.

Inclusive Culture: A professional setting that values curiosity, fresh thinking, and collaboration, where people are trusted to do their best work.
