Maintenance Technician – Healthcare Facility

We‘re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in supporting a busy healthcare facility. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-presented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and decorating.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and uphold high safety standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with internal teams or external contractors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and upkeep of hospital and residential areas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general or facilities maintenance (healthcare experience desirable).
• Multi-skilled across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, can-do approach.
• Knowledge of health and safety best practices.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently.

Salary:

• €17.50 per hour and holiday pay
