We are currently recruiting a Kitchen Porter / Catering Assistant for temporary hospitality assignments in Dungarvan.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Porter / Catering Assistant, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with food preparation and food service
• Supporting the kitchen team with daily operations
• Washing dishes, kitchen utensils, and equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dining areas
• Replenishing stock and service areas as required
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures
• Supporting the wider catering team during busy service periods

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Kitchen Porter, Catering Assistant, or Hospitality experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible
• Ability to work in a busy hospitality environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness standards
