Junior Project Manager – Construction

Noel Group are hiring a Project Planner on behalf of our client, a leading international provider of construction solutions to the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.

They are looking to hire a Project Planner, based in Kilkenny who will responsible for project planning across multiple nationwide projects.

They are looking for someone with proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 who has experience in building project schedules, changing as required and progress tracking.

Key responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders while managing multiple projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Track progress, identify risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies, providing clear reports and forecasts to teams and clients.
• Support project initiation and execution by liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with all procedures and regulations.

Minimum requirements

• Proficient with project manager software such as P6, MS project or similar
• Proven experience as a Project Planner within the construction, engineering, or related sectors.
• Capability to build project schedules/programmes from scratch and change as necessary
• Irish driving license
• Living in the general Kilkenny catchment area (or reasonable commute to)
