The Role: Our clients is seeking a Junior Data Project Manager to oversee and improve the way various entities and divisions collect, manage, and report supply chain data.

This role requires a keen understanding of data processes, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive consistency and compliance across a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance data reporting processes within the supply chain function.
• Work with subsidiaries and divisions to ensure accurate and timely data submission.
• Engage with key stakeholders to standardize and optimize data collection methods.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices in data management.
• Monitor compliance with data reporting standards and escalate issues when necessary.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business units to align reporting needs.

About You:

• Around 5 years of overall experience, ideally with some exposure to data-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of data reporting and management, though deep technical expertise is not required.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience in project coordination or process improvement.
• Ability to work across multiple business units in a global, complex organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
