The Role

This is a newly combined role, bringing Quality and Health & Safety under one roof. Our client has good processes, strong certifications, and a team that takes compliance seriously but they need someone to own and develop both functions as the business scales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and continuously develop the Quality Management System across factory and site operations
  • Drive a first-time-right culture reducing rework, defects, and late-stage corrections
  • Lead structured root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate third-party inspections
  • Manage supplier quality performance and embed quality into the procurement and design lifecycle
  • Maintain and develop the company’s health and safety management system across factory and site
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Irish health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments, method statements, and safety inspections

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience across quality and/or HSEQ functions in a manufacturing, construction, engineering, or structured production environment
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant Irish H&S legislation
  • Experience managing integrated or combined HSEQ functions is a distinct advantage
  • Comfortable working across both a factory environment and live construction sites
  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Health, or a related discipline or equivalent experience
