HR / Recruitment Administrator

Temporary Whole-Time Position (Maternity Cover) – 70 Hours per Fortnight

We are seeking a motivated and organised HR / Recruitment professional to join our team in a dynamic and rewarding maternity cover role supporting services for people with intellectual disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with strong recruitment and administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing as part of a collaborative team.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally:

  • Hold a degree in Human Resource Management (desirable but not essential)
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ HR and/or recruitment experience
  • Possess strong analytical and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be an effective team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Have a proven ability to deliver results and meet deadlines
  • Possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on their own initiative
  • Show an appreciation and understanding of the needs of people with intellectual disabilities
  • Hold a full clean Class B Irish driving licence (essential)

Employment Details

  • Temporary Whole-Time Position (Maternity Cover)
  • 70 hours per fortnight
  • Normal working week of 35 hours based on a 5-day roster
  • Contracted hours are liable to change between 8am – 8pm over seven days to meet service requirements
  • Salary starting from €36,109
