HR Organisational Development Specialist
π Location: Dublin 4
π° Salary: β¬62,000 – β¬82,000 (depending on experience)
π Hours: 35 Hours per Week

Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
π Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)
We are seeking an experienced HR Organisational Development Specialist to join a busy and progressive People & Culture team in Dublin 4. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional to contribute to key organisational development and change initiatives in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders, you will support strategic projects, enhance employee engagement initiatives, and help drive organisational change across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of strategic People & Culture initiatives.
- Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Conduct research, gather insights and analyse data to support organisational decision-making.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing papers and project updates for senior management.
- Monitor project plans, timelines, milestones and key deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support organisational development, change management and workforce planning initiatives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- Previous experience in Organisational Development, Change Management, HR Projects or a related field.
- A Level 8 qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience preparing professional reports, presentations and briefing documents.
