Here at the noel Group we are seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our Client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas
- Change linens and towels, replenish amenities, and ensure a tidy and welcoming environment
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and sanitation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry at list 6 months.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of safe and proper cleaning techniques
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
Day-to-day
- Greeting and assisting guests with any inquiries or requests
- Collaborating with other housekeeping staff to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Following cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards
- Communicating any maintenance or supply needs to the appropriate supervisor
