Role: Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Galway
Salary: €50,000 per annum

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Hotel Sales Manager in Galway.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales activity, client relationship management, and business development. The successful candidate will focus on increasing corporate, group, and event bookings while strengthening market presence.

Key Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided

The Role

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate and leisure markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Manage sales pipelines, contracts, and rate negotiations
• Represent the property at networking events and industry functions
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded
